Account Settings
Manage your profile, security, publishing connections, and billing.
Account Settings is your central hub for managing your Brandmanna account. Access it from the navigation menu by clicking your profile avatar or name.
Profile
Update your personal information:
- Name — Your display name shown across the platform. This appears on review links, notifications, and anywhere your identity is displayed.
- Photo — Upload or change your profile photo. Your photo appears in the navigation bar and on any content you share for review.
To update your profile:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Edit your name or click your photo to upload a new one.
- Save your changes.
Security
Manage your account security:
- Password — Change your current password. You will need to enter your existing password and confirm the new one.
Forgot password
If you forget your password, reset it without needing to contact support:
- On the login page, click "Forgot password?".
- Enter the email address on your account and submit.
- You will receive a password reset email with a secure link. The link is single-use and expires after a short window, so use it promptly.
- Click the link, set a new password, and sign in.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then request another reset. Reset tokens are stored as hashes, so we cannot recover an old password — only set a new one.
Your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes after 5 incorrect password attempts. This is an automatic security measure to protect your account.
API Keys
Generate and manage API keys for programmatic access to Brandmanna. API keys are used to authenticate with the MCP Server, verify webhook payloads, and connect to any custom integrations.
Managing your keys
- Click Create New Key and give it a descriptive name (e.g., "Claude Desktop", "Zapier Integration").
- Copy the key immediately — it is shown only once and cannot be retrieved later.
- You can have up to 5 active keys at a time.
- Revoke unused keys to free up slots and reduce your security surface.
Each key displays its name, a masked preview, and creation date. You can revoke any key instantly, which immediately disconnects any integration using it.

Publishing
View and disconnect your connected social accounts from one central list.
- Connected accounts — Every connection across all your brands appears here with the brand name, platform, and account handle.
- Disconnect — Each row has a Disconnect button with a confirmation dialog. Disconnecting removes the account from that brand's publishing options — any scheduled posts that depend on it will fail until you reconnect.
How connections work
Social account connections are brand-scoped. Connecting a LinkedIn account to one brand does not connect it to any other, even on the same account. This keeps multi-brand setups clean and prevents cross-posting mistakes.
To add a new social account, go to the Brands page, select the brand you want to publish for, and use the Publishing section there — that is where the OAuth connect flow lives. Once connected, the account shows up on this Account Settings > Publishing page alongside your other connections.

Preferences
Customize your Brandmanna experience:
- Ask Manna — Toggle the Ask Manna AI assistant on or off. When enabled, a chat widget appears in the bottom corner of the platform. You can ask questions about features, get help with content, or troubleshoot issues. Disable it if you prefer a cleaner interface.
- Theme — Brandmanna supports both light and dark mode. Use the sun/moon toggle in the top navigation bar to switch. Light mode uses an amber/orange accent; dark mode uses a purple/plum accent. Your preference is saved per device.
Billing & Subscription
View and manage your subscription:
- Current plan — See which tier you are on (Free, Creator, Studio, or Enterprise) and your current usage against monthly limits. Usage indicators show how many AI generations, image generations, publications, and other metered resources you have used this month.
- View Plans & Pricing — Compare all tiers side by side and upgrade to a higher plan. See Plans & Pricing for a full feature comparison.
- Manage Billing — Opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- View and download invoices.
- Update your payment method (credit card or other supported methods).
- Switch between monthly and annual billing cycles.
- Cancel your subscription.
Billing details
- Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each month.
- If you hit a limit, you will see an upgrade prompt. Your existing content is never affected — you can always access, edit, and export what you have already created.
- Annual plans offer a discount equivalent to roughly 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
- Founding Member pricing (for users who signed up before July 2025) is locked in for as long as the subscription remains active.
Danger Zone
- Delete Account — Permanently delete your Brandmanna account and all associated data, including brands, drafts, images, plans, and workflows. This action cannot be undone.
To delete your account:
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of Account Settings.
- Click Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
All data is permanently removed. If you have an active paid subscription, it will be cancelled automatically.
