Media Studio

Upload, generate, and manage images with AI-powered tools.

Media Studio is your visual content hub in Brandmanna. Upload brand images, generate AI-powered visuals, search your library by meaning, and create platform-optimized captions — all in one place.

Image Library

Your image library stores all uploaded and AI-generated images. Each image is automatically analyzed and tagged by the AI with subjects, colors, mood, and visual themes.

Uploading Images

  1. Go to the Media page
  2. Click "Upload Image"
  3. Select an image from your device
  4. The AI auto-tags the image with descriptive metadata

Uploaded images are available for use across all your drafts and content. You can attach them to any draft from the draft editor.

Create Image

Click "Create Image" to generate brand-aligned AI images. Two creation modes are available:

Describe It

Enter a text prompt describing the image you want. The AI generates an image that matches your description while staying aligned with your brand's visual identity.

Reference Image

Upload an existing image as inspiration. Add a short prompt describing what you want, and the AI uses the reference image's style, composition, and mood as a starting point for the new image.

Enhance with Your Brand

In either mode, write a short prompt and click the Enhance button to have Manna enrich it with your brand's visual identity — colours, style, mood, and audience details pulled from your brand profile. The enhanced prompt appears in the textarea so you can review and edit before generating. This replaces crafting a long detailed prompt by hand.

Visual Style and Audience

Image generation is not locked to a single photorealistic look. The AI chooses a style per prompt — lifestyle, editorial, candid, flat-lay, illustration, and more — and selects mood and lighting to match the brand voice and the specific post. Brand colours show up naturally in clothing, objects, and environments rather than as digital overlays, and the people in the shots are varied in age, gender, and ethnicity to authentically represent the brand's audience in settings that match how they actually live and work.

Inspire from Image

Hover over any image in your library and click "Inspire" to generate a similar AI image. Brandmanna analyzes the original image's style, mood, and composition, then creates a new variation that maintains the same visual language.

This is useful for creating a series of visually consistent images for a campaign or content plan.

Generate Caption from Image

Hover over any image in your library and click "Caption" to auto-generate platform-optimized captions. The AI creates captions tailored to each platform's format and best practices:

  • LinkedIn — professional tone with industry context
  • Instagram — engaging with relevant hashtags
  • Twitter/X — concise and punchy within character limits
  • Facebook — conversational and shareable

All captions match your brand voice as defined in your brand profile.

Find images by meaning rather than exact tags. Type a description of what you are looking for — such as "team meeting in a modern office" or "colorful abstract background" — and the AI returns images from your library that match the concept.

Semantic search works across both uploaded and AI-generated images, making it easy to find the right visual even in a large library.

Mood Filtering

Filter your library by data-driven mood categories to quickly find images that match a specific emotional tone. Moods are assigned automatically during the AI tagging process, so every image in your library is already categorized.

Use mood filtering when you need a visual that conveys a particular feeling — energetic for a launch announcement, calm for a wellness post, or bold for a competitive response.

Using Images in Drafts

Once you have images in your library, you can attach them to drafts from the draft editor:

  1. Open any draft in the editor
  2. Click the image section
  3. Choose to upload a new image, generate with AI, or select from your library
  4. The selected image is attached to the draft and included when you publish or export
