Publishing
Publish content directly to LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Brandmanna lets you publish content directly to your social media accounts without leaving the platform. Connect your accounts once, then publish or schedule posts from any draft.
Connecting Social Accounts
You connect social accounts via OAuth -- a secure authorization flow that never exposes your password to Brandmanna.
- Go to Account Settings > Publishing, or navigate to the Brands page, select a brand, and open the Publishing tab.
- Click the connect button for the platform you want to link (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter/X).
- You will be redirected to the platform's authorization page.
- Grant Brandmanna permission to post on your behalf.
- You are redirected back to Brandmanna with the account connected.
For LinkedIn, the OAuth flow imports both your personal profile and all company pages you manage. For Facebook, you will see a page selection interface where you choose which pages to connect.
Managing Connections
You can view and manage your connected accounts in two places:
- Account Settings > Publishing -- shows all connected accounts across all brands
- Brands page > select a brand > Publishing tab -- shows connections for that specific brand
To disconnect an account, click Manage Connections and remove the account you no longer need.

How Publishing Works
Once you have a connected account, you can publish any draft.
- Open a draft in the editor.
- Click Publish.
- If you have multiple connected accounts for that platform, select which one to use.
- Brandmanna sends the post to the platform and polls for confirmation. This may take a few seconds.
- Once confirmed, you will see a link to view the live post on the platform.
Status Tracking
Every draft moves through a clear status progression:
- Unpublished -- the draft has not been sent to any platform
- Scheduled -- the draft is set to publish at a future date and time
- Publishing -- the post is being sent to the platform
- Published -- the post is live and you can view it on the platform
You can see the current status on the draft card in the Content page and in the draft editor.
Scheduling Posts
Instead of publishing immediately, you can schedule a draft for a future date and time.
- Open a draft in the editor.
- Set a publish date and time using the scheduling controls.
- Choose your timezone.
- Save the schedule.
The platform automatically publishes the post at the scheduled time, provided you have a connected account for that platform.
If a draft is already scheduled, the editor shows the scheduled date and time with an option to cancel or change the schedule.
Auto-Schedule
When working with Content Plans, you can batch-schedule all approved packs in a plan. Each pack's target publish date is used as the schedule time, so your entire campaign or editorial calendar gets queued up in one action.
Viewing Live Posts
After a draft has been published, the editor shows its live status and a direct link to the post on the platform. Click the link to open the published post in a new tab.
Already-published drafts display their platform link on the draft card as well, so you can quickly access any live post from the Content page.
