Content Management
Manage your drafts, ideas, and content pipeline.
The Content page is your unified hub for managing all drafts, ideas, and scheduling. It brings together everything you have generated — from standalone posts to plan-based campaigns — into a single view with status tracking, filtering, and inline editing.
Content Page Overview
The Content page (accessible via the "Content" nav tab) organizes your drafts by status using tabs across the top:
| Tab | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| New | Freshly generated drafts that have not been edited or scheduled |
| Edited | Drafts that have been modified after creation |
| Scheduled | Drafts with a future publish date/time set |
| Published | Drafts that have been published to a connected social account |
| All | Every draft regardless of status |
Plan-Level Draft Grouping
Drafts created from Content Plans are automatically grouped into collapsible plan cards rather than appearing as individual items. This keeps your Content page organized when you are running multi-draft campaigns.
How Plan Cards Work
- Plan cards appear in the grid with a cyan accent, showing the plan name, type badge (Campaign, Recurring, or Editorial), draft count, pack count, platform badges, and a status summary (e.g., "3 New, 2 Scheduled")
- Click a plan card to open a slide-out sheet displaying all of that plan's drafts organized by pack
- Each pack section shows its name, topic, and target publish date
- Within the sheet, each draft has Edit, Mark as Final, Export, and Delete actions
- Standalone drafts (created from the Generate page or manually) still appear as individual cards alongside plan groups
Source Filter
Use the Source filter to control which drafts appear:
- All — shows both standalone drafts and plan groups
- Standalone — shows only individually created drafts
- Plan — shows only plan group cards
Mark as Final
Inside a plan group's sheet drawer, each draft has a checkmark toggle to mark it as final (approved and ready):
- Open a plan card by clicking on it
- Find the draft you want to mark
- Click the green checkmark icon next to the draft
- The checkmark turns solid green, indicating the draft is finalized
Click the checkmark again to remove the final status. This is useful for tracking which drafts in a plan are ready for scheduling or publishing.
Edited Pill Badge
Scheduled and published drafts that have been modified after their initial creation display a blue "Edited" pill badge. This visual indicator helps you see at a glance which posts were tweaked after generation — for example, if you refined the text or updated a CTA on a scheduled post.
Draft Editing
Click any draft to open the inline editor where you can:
- Edit text directly — modify the draft content in the editor
- AI Refinement — use the "Quick Refine" menu to improve your draft with 6 built-in modes (Improve Clarity, Make Shorter, Make Longer, More Engaging, More Professional, More Emotional) plus a Custom option
- Platform Adaptation — transform content from one platform format to another
- Image Management — upload an image, generate one with AI, or select from your library
- Scheduling — set a future publish date and time with timezone support
- Publishing — publish directly to a connected social account

- Pillar — show ideas aligned with a content pillar
- Status — filter by banked, dismissed, or unconverted
- Confidence score — sort or filter by the AI's confidence rating
Managing Ideas
- Bank an idea to save it for later
