Ask Manna is Brandmanna's built-in AI copilot. It provides contextual help and guidance wherever you are in the platform, so you can get answers without leaving the page you are working on.

What Ask Manna Is

Ask Manna is a floating chat widget that appears in the corner of your screen. Think of it as an always-available assistant that understands Brandmanna's features, your brand context, and the page you are currently viewing.

You can ask it questions about how features work, get suggestions for your content strategy, or troubleshoot issues -- all through a conversational interface.

Ask Manna is not a generic chatbot. It is trained on Brandmanna's full feature set and documentation, so it gives you accurate, platform-specific answers rather than general advice.

How It Works

Contextual Awareness

Ask Manna is aware of the page you are currently on. When you ask a question, the response takes your current context into account. For example:

• On the Generate page, Ask Manna can help you write better content briefs
• On the Brands page, it can guide you through setting up voice, pillars, or visual identity
• On the Plans page, it can explain plan types or help you choose the right template
• On the Content page, it can help with draft editing, scheduling, or export options

Brand Context

Ask Manna has access to your brand profile information, so its responses are tailored to your specific brand voice, messaging, and content strategy.

Features

Chat Interface

The chat opens as a floating panel. Type your question or request, and Ask Manna responds in real time. The conversation persists within your session, so you can have a back-and-forth dialogue.

Markdown Rendering

Responses are formatted with full Markdown support -- headings, bullet lists, bold text, code blocks, and links are all rendered clearly for easy reading.

Feedback Buttons

Each response includes feedback buttons so you can rate whether the answer was helpful. This feedback helps improve the quality of Ask Manna's responses over time.

Page-Specific Prompts

When you open Ask Manna, you may see suggested prompts based on the page you are on. These are quick-start questions tailored to common tasks for that section of the platform.

Toggling Ask Manna On or Off

If you prefer not to see the Ask Manna widget, you can disable it in your settings.

1. Go to Account Settings.
2. Open the Preferences section.
3. Toggle Ask Manna on or off.

When disabled, the floating chat widget is hidden from all pages. You can re-enable it at any time from the same settings page.

Message Limits

Ask Manna usage is included with your subscription, with monthly message limits based on your tier:

Message limits reset on the 1st of each month. If you reach your limit, you will see an upgrade prompt. Consider upgrading if you rely on Ask Manna for regular guidance.

• Be specific with your questions for more useful answers. Instead of "how do I use plans?", try "how do I set up a weekly LinkedIn posting cadence with Content Plans?"
• Use the page-specific prompts as starting points when you are exploring a new feature.
• Ask Manna can explain any feature covered in this documentation -- if you are unsure how something works, just ask.
• Take advantage of the contextual awareness by asking questions while you are on the relevant page.
