Get Started in 4 Steps
Here is the fastest path from sign-up to your first published post:
Step 1: Create Your Brand
Set up your brand profile with your name, voice, tone, messaging, and visual identity. You can import your brand from a website URL or build it from scratch. Add content pillars to give your content strategic variety, and set brand don'ts to keep the AI away from off-limits topics.
The AI uses this profile for every piece of content it generates — the more detail you provide, the more on-brand your output will be.
Step 2: Generate Your First Content
Go to the Generate page, enter a content brief describing what you want to write about, and select your target platforms. Choose a content style (narrative, structured, or hybrid) and click Generate Ideas. The AI produces 5-10 platform-specific ideas, each with a title, angle, CTA, hashtags, and confidence score.
Review the ideas, check the "Why this idea?" reasoning panel to understand the AI's logic, select your favorites, and convert them into full drafts.
Step 3: Connect Your Social Accounts
Link your LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook accounts via OAuth so you can publish directly from Brandmanna. All connections use the platform's official login flow — Brandmanna never sees your social media passwords.
Once connected, you can publish immediately or schedule posts for future dates with timezone support.
Step 4: Go Live
With your brand set up, content drafted, and accounts connected, you are ready to publish. Open any draft, click Publish, select your connected account, and your post goes live. Brandmanna sends the post and polls for confirmation — once confirmed, you will see a link to view it on the platform.
You can also schedule posts for optimal timing, or use Content Plans to batch-schedule an entire campaign across multiple platforms and dates.
